Training Philosophy

Plain and simple, we want you to succeed. Together, we can build a lasting relationship where we can continue to provide you with top-notch support and training to secure your long-term success as a dealer. If you are successful, then we are successful. We are always here to help.
At our home office, we have over 20 staff members ready to help you with any question you may have. Our support staff is available Monday through Friday – from 9AM to 6PM (Eastern). We also have Saturday support from 9AM to 3PM. As long as you are using Wayne’s software, you will always have access to our support staff.
We also offer monthly training classes to help you, or any of your staff, get comfortable with our software. We offer training classes in Georgia and in Florida. Our Georgia classes are held on the third Wednesday of every month in Macon, GA (see training schedule for details). Our Florida classes vary in time and location, so be sure to watch the website for a training class in your area.
Who should come to our training classes?
The short answer is: EVERYONE. The long answer is that anyone in your dealership that may ever have contact with our software should come to at least one of our training classes. We are constantly updating our software so we recommend that everyone come to at least one training class per year to make sure that they are up-to-date on the latest software changes.
